Felt Dolls

I discovered the technic of creating felt dolls on a weekend spent in a shamanic woman healing circle. The creation of felt dolls is a ritual. I create them on thinking of the characteristic I want to put in the doll or with a concrete intention. During the process I put attention on my intuition and I observe which way my doll takes. I don’t know in the beginning, how it would look at the end. The result is a symbolic doll, representing my inner wisdom. The process can also be understood as a prayer.

All dolls are about 6-7.5cm high.

Doll I created in In memory of my childhood. I had such a doll in my early childhood, which gave me a sense of consolation in uncertain moments. I called him "Vicke" from the cartoon based on the stories from Runer Jonsson.
